Ladders where hanging off the bunk beds stains all.over the sockets where hanging off the walls and loads dirty towels all over floor in bath room.
-
didn't except it to be this clean, the shared bathrooms too, really clean. the location isnt so close to central london, if the main purpose of your stay is to explore central london, its great, unless you would like to go back to the hotel a few times a day.

Big rooms fit our entire family of 6 Beds are a little thin, but would still come back if we’re in the area.

They had accommodation for our large family of 6, mattresses could be a little better, but we would visit again. Could be better lighting in the parking lot. But we would stay here again.

The staff was the only nice thing The rooms, the bathroom, location, it was super dirty and shared bathroom, very old and it stinks. Everything was old and bad in the hotel. The only helpful thing was the staff, which where really friendly and helpful.

Couldn't get the heater to work and it was an especially cold 5 days with temperatures of 0 - 6⁰c . Email requesting for how to power the heater on was unanswered.

Best value for money

The staff were extremely helpful and very quick in offering their assistance when rang on the provided phone numbers. The price was unbelievably reasonable for the location, which was perfect - especially if attending an event at Wembely stadium. Provided towels in the room and shower gel in the shared bathrooms. Not a lot of plugs in the room but they offer extension leads if you need to charge more than one device so it's not an issue at all. There was also a large area in front of the main entrance for parking. Perhaps the shared bathrooms could benefit from sanitary bins (or similar), as the only bins in the hotel were located on the landing of each floor.

I stayed here last night. I went to a concert at Wembley Arena. Two stops from the nearest train station which is only a 10 min walk from Helens Hotel. I thought I was staying in a room with two single beds but I was in a room with two bunk beds. Bed was very comfortable. You can fit at least 6 cars in the car park.out front. Check in was quick and easy and communication with the owner was quick and easy at all times. I didn't get there until late so check in details were sent via what's app which was great. Honestly it was a comfortable place to lay my head for the night. Kettle, microwave, tea, sugar, spoons, Mugs and plates in the room with a table and two chairs. Beds were made on arrival. Price was very very reasonable and I would stay again. The car park is quite crammed once you have more than 2 cars either side so you have to have your car facing out so you car drive out without hitting the other cars. There was no coffee in the room and no milk or fridge. The pillow was lumpy but still comfortable. I didn't get back till near midnight so once I got into bed I couldn't be bothered to move to get another pillow.

nothing Booked this Hotel due to it's proximity to Wembey Stadium. It was dirty and smelly. The shared toilet / shower room was terrible . The hotel was so bad that after checking in, we decided that we wouldn't actually stay the night and drove home after attending Wembley... it turned out to be a very expensive car park !!

The room was clean and big enough for our group. The location was near the station but the walk didn’t feel particularly safe at night. There was free parking. Small grocery store 1km away The communal bathrooms were not clean. The room had a freezer but no fridge. There was no trash can in the room.

It was cold. My parents' room never got any heat even after talking to the staff. Talked with others staying there, and they had the same issues.
-
The chocolate croissants and bananas were a frequent source of energy. The location was also convenient and near the bus and train lines. The bathrooms could do with a little TLC and maintenance, the soft spot in front of the shower was a hazard.

The distance from the city center
-
The room smelt really bad of damp. The window was cracked and held together with duct tape. The light was hanging on at the ceiling. All our clothes on return stunk bad from leaving them in the room. The car parking is very very tight and a struggle if you have a large car

The staff was not responsive during the whole day when we tried to checkin in the morning, there was no one at the property and no one was answering the phone nor the messages we sent. Only when we were walking back after the concert around 10:30pm they reached out to us to say that checkin was until 11pm.

On top of that, the host was absolutely fantastic! They were super friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Their hospitality truly made a difference, making us feel right at home.
