The staff were apologetic and helpful We paid for 3 beds but when we arrived there was one double. We were told we would need to leave the room for the third bed to be setup. When we arrived there were used glasses, hair in the shower, sink was full of water, the handle on the toilet door was broken, USB ports in the room were broken and the hanger in the toilet was broken. We were also only given enough towels for two.

The room, the space and the drinks facilities in the room. Unhelpful staff when it came to asking about gluten free breakfast. One member of staff told me to look next to the milk! I managed to find a packet of gluten free cerial and when I asked another member she said all we have is what's out but didnt offer an allergen menu or advise what was available to me then eventually offered some bread which was microwaved and was rock hard and chewy. Totally unacceptable as I dont choose to be gluten free.

The room was spacious and clean, and its a good location. The staff messed up my booking. I booked a twin room and when I checked in they gave us a double room instead and took a very long time to find us a room even though I had confirmed my booking and paid prior to checking in. I was there with a friend and specifically requested a twin but they said hotel was fully booked, disregarding my confirmed booking status. Extremely disappointed. The breakfast was horrendous and inedible. Not worth the money. Will not be booking in this hotel again and would not recommend it at all.

Staff were friendly and courteous, quick check in. Bar open 24 hours. Comfortable beds. Mould in corner of shower and grout could do with a freshen up on tiles in the shower. Ceiling peeling could do with a freshen up in the bathroom. Breakfast service shocking! It was so busy ran out of sausages said would be 2-5mins gave up waiting as food was going cold! Took 10-15 mins, only to find they had run out of knives. Huge queues at coffee machine. Struggled to find somewhere to sit as tables weren’t being cleared. People barging past you to get what they want instead of waiting for you to finish and move aside. Dinner options expensive for frozen meals!

The hotel is conveniently accessible by car, and the train station is just a 5-minute walk away, providing easy and convenient access to the city center. Room: The bed has a spring mattress, which was extremely uncomfortable and caused back pain. It would be greatly appreciated if the hotel management could consider using a good-quality foam mattress instead. Breakfast: The breakfast offers a good variety and plenty of food, but the overall quality could be improved significantly. The focus seems to be more on quantity than quality.
