The saff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, and the areas were great to get around inside and out, and continental breakfast was excellent with lovely coffee. Ideal as I was in a wheelchair thanks very much. No kettle in rooms, but tea or coffee available from bistro 24hours a day free, but they will fill a small flask for you to take up to your room and also give you the coffee milk t bags don't let this put you off its great place. Xx

Location, and super friendly staff. That my bedroom had no window. It felt claustrophobic.

Staff was friendly , room Was comfortable and had all we needed, thankfully there was air conditioning Breakfast was continental no meats or cheese . Carpets need a good clean as some areas were marked .

Had a room with a view of the Shard and HMS Belfast. Took the big room. It was still compact but functional and tech-enabled. Great location with multiple tube stations nearby. Good stay Breakfast was continental as mentioned. Would have preferred hot options. Lovely coffee though :)

Staff were really friendly and helpful, I could not ask for more. Rooms have a very odd layout and are dated. The TV must be 10 years old. Not as good as other hotel chains going for the basic budget market. The lighting setup is annoying. Could do with a refit.

Super friendly and helpful blonde lady helped me check in, and even when I arrived before check in time was super accommodating, got me a coffee and made me comfortable. Room was quiet and cosy with settings to adjust lighting. Slept like a baby. Location was 2 min walk from my office and the Tower of London. Great little breakfast. Would highly recommend for any type of London trip. Not a thing I would change

Perfect location if you are here for work, lot of office around. Very close to Tower Hill metro/tube station, tower bridge, London Bridge etc. Room is very small. Hardly 7 feet. Rooms end before they start. Shoukd provide toiletries- toothbrush, paste, comb, water bottles in the room.... Rest all is perfect. Amazing staff. Angelina and her team are very helpful, polite and kind. I would certainly recommend this place.

Very convenient and excellent location nicely tucked away but a couple minute walk to Tower Of London. The room was lovely and clean but the carpets could use a bit of TLC to make it feel super clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We grabbed some food before heading to bed, the price of the ‘linguine’ was a bit steep considering it was just pasta in tomato sauce.
