I’ll never know! The fact it cancelled my booking with no explanation even though I had booked well in advance of my intended stay. I had no reply to my emails to find out why.

Proximity to Wembley Stadium. Friendly staff. One of the lifts was out of order so it was a long wait to get downstairs in the morning.

Excellent location for Wembley No lifts working had to walk up to floor 11 Shower was awful overall felt like student accommodation expected more for the price

The location was great for Wembley Arena. The staff were pleasant. I was able to check in a couple of hours early, which was much appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was fine. The shower had decent pressure although the type of door meant the tiny bathroom floor got very wet. The south view from the 12th floor window was a nice bonus. The decor is a bit tired and could do with a refresh. The lighting could also have been better. There weren’t any good lights near the mirrors which made it difficult to get ready and do makeup.

Nice view, nice and helpful staff. Nice room and great service for our anniversary. No chance to leave the venue when there’s an event around! Catastrophic! Bathroom was broken and old!

The room was paid and we've checked-in in advance, but at the reception we were told, the hotel is completly overbooked (OK, Oasis at Wembley!). We were transfered to distant hotel.
