The location is great, it was clean breakfast was lovely. That you could not put anything in the fridge.

Excellent location for a concert at Wembley OVO Arena which is just opposite - i was back in my room 5 minutes after the concert ended. Easy to walk to from Wembley Park Underground station, maybe takes 10 minutes. Friendly staff at reception, esp in the morning when I realised I couldn't charge my phone as i had the wrong cable with me, so they charged it for me while I had breakfast. My room was immaculately clean and a good size. I had asked for a quiet room, which they gave me; this meant it was a bit of a way from the lift but that was fine. Breakfast was a very good selection and good quality. There are some fitness facilities but I didn't use them.

Great location (close enough to Wembley Central or Wembley Park stations) & The Troubadour Theatre for the purpose of our visit to Wembley. Lovely & spacious in all areas we used in the hotel. Clean everywhere & all staff in all areas were very pleasant & helpful. Had a good sized room which was clean & a comfy bed with tea/coffee etc. Breakfast was super with a great layout, quality produce used & a plentiful choice for all tastes. We enjoyed our stay but unfortunately, we didn’t have a good nights sleep due to a very noisy room within the vicinity of our room up to the early hours (floor 6) not hotels fault but meant not much sleep for us - just rude & disrespectful behaviour by other patrons. Room was a good size but no view, hence possibly why the curtains were closed. Would also be good to say if water on table is complimentary, as the other items for purchase are a tad too expensive - £6 for a very small tub of Pringles is pretty ridiculous!

Proximity to where I was going for an event. Rooms are clean and spacious The hotel allows guests to enter the breakfast area in their pajamas. That is very unhygienic. Guests should be informed during check in that nuts, water and wine on top of the room counters are not complementary
