Was in London for a concert at Wembley and the hotel was in a fantastic location for what we needed.

The room was spacious and clean. There was no fridge but there was air conditioning which was great. We managed to check in very early which was brilliant. The staff were lovely. We were attending a concert event at Wembley and the location is very good for this. The room decor and furniture was tired and old looking. I felt the price paid for the room was high, even considering there was an event at Wembley stadium that night. I expected a nicer, more modern room for the price I paid.

Great location for concert goers and easy walking distance to tube Very basic, rooms were in need of upgrading and some basic repairs. Dated equipment iron, tv etc

Great find for a one night stay. Great value for money as it was in between concert nights. Went in the heatwave and they had an aircon unit in the room. Very much appreciated. Breakfast wasn't great (in my opinion) and quite expensive, but it is London!

Location for a theatre show 2 mins walk if that Grubby hotel. Not clean in the room, corridors dark and gloomy, not very good welcoming of staff, stair way tiles loose, side of hotel looked like there was damp on it and falling apart, rooms dated, I would like a refund not what the pictures showed and also mould in our room very poor.

Fantastic hotel. Travelled all the way from Scotland and the reception staff allowed us to check in early. Hotel was fab, staff were so helpful and for me the ideal hotel to book for going to a concert at Wembley. We felt safe the whole time. Plus air conditioned rooms so lovely and cool. Can't recommend it highly enough. 10/10
