Everything was great, from welcoming at arrival through the stay. Special thank you to thank Emina, for welcoming us so warmly and for the great conversation and support throughout our stay. The rest of the staff were also wonderful and very helpful. The location was excellent, and overall, we had a fantastic experience. I would only suggest having better coffee, either by having a small coffee machine in the room or by improving the coffee options in the restaurant. Other than that, everything was absolutely fine, and we had a very pleasant stay.

The room was a good size and pretty clean. Loved the kettle, milk and waters. Really nice touch. I appreciate hotels are expensive on concert nights so whilst the hotel was good I feel the cost for a night was ridiculously expensive. If it wasn’t a Concert night then I feel the hotel would be great value for money. The location is fab and so easy to find. If you want a cheap stay and it’s not a concert I would defo recommend Overpriced for the night for what you get. The breakfast wasn’t good, lots of variety but very poor quality. When you pay nearly £400 for a night you expect better. The single sofa bed was very very firm and tiny, my son found it uncomfortable but he main bed was very nice

It was a great location for where we wanted to go. Bathroom door didn’t shut properly, but we did tell reception. Our view through the window was the scaffolding (but we didn’t stay in the room long enough for it to bother us).
