Super polite and friendly staff. Lovely room and great facilities. Kitchen facilities and small dining table were a bonus although I didn't use the kitchen, but would if I stayed longer. Very noisy neighbours. Not much insulation between rooms.

We went to a game at Wembley stadium and the location was perfect. Big room with a lot of space and big TV near the bed.

Location I stayed at The Ark Wembley twice (19–29 Dec and 29 Dec–10 Jan) and the experience was unacceptable. Reception staff give contradictory information about housekeeping, and when challenged with written proof, they dismiss the guest instead of fixing the issue. Housekeeping is poor and unreliable: dirty stained bed linen on check-in, bathrooms not properly cleaned, and scheduled cleaning simply refused while staff falsely claimed it had already been done. Even with WhatsApp evidence, reception sided with housekeeping rather than facts. There is no maintenance staff on site (confirmed by reception), no manager available, and basic issues like a clogged sink were ignored. Requests for basic items (extra pillows, kitchen utensils) were refused. Most messages to reception went unread or unanswered. Staff attitude is indifferent and unprofessional. After staying here for over 3 years during holidays, I can confidently say this property has significantly deteriorated. I will not return and strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

The location of the hotel is nice. It has a connection to the Underground with a 12 min walk which sometimes can be irritating. The hotel looks fancy in the pictures, but in reality it is low-end. The rooms are overpriced for what you get. There is an unpleasant smell in the rooms, which is not acceptable. Also, the TV looks like a Smart TV in the pictures, but you can’t connect to it or watch YouTube or Netflix, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.
