Everything was fantastic! I upgraded to a standard single room with shared bathroom - the bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and had all the facilities I needed. The breakfast was exceptional!! The staff were very helpful. There was a nice easy atmosphere between fellow guests. The location was just perfect - maximum 10 minute walk from Angel station and all my plans were in Angel. I will definitely stay here again!

Nice location. Great breakfast. Bigger room than expected. Free table tennis and pool table were great. Room a bit warm but we left the curtains open so all good.

The room is fantastic and very clean. The apartment environment is nice. Especially the breakfast is absolutely fantastic! I wish i could have it every day in my life. I recommend the room with the bathroom because the space is large and worth the money. I will live here every summer! The shower head.

Central location, worked well for one night stopover. Very good breakfast with wide selection. Staff were friendy and helpful. Room very very hot despite provided fan..we opened windows which led to early morning wakening by delivery vans outside. Room should probably have been reburbished a decade ago, especially the bathroom, where pipes were rusty, shower curtain only partially enclosed shower area and taps were labelled as "not drinking water". Small plastic boxes on floor in corner of room ? mouse traps.

I like the whole atmosphere and the great communication amongst the guests. It is the second time I came to Rosebery hall. The breakfast with daily surprises is gorgious, and the staff super friendly. Same pleasure, to see the cleaning stuff at work, with efficiency and smiles! I also appreciated the reception stuff, helpful and attentive. The great problem, and not only for me, that this year the rooms were overheaten because of the extremely hot weather and direct sun shining in for several hours. The fan was turning, but this does not refresh the air. The slit of the open window (10 cm wide) is just not enough to get it fresher during the night. On Thursday 13 and Friday 14 August even the garden was too hot to sit there. Mostly all customers with rooms giving to the East and South complained about it.

The breakfast was quite good and so was the location. It can be a bit noisy when you have the window open. My room fan was broken, the sink had draining issues and the shared showers had limited hot water, was continually cycling through cold to warm to hot water and then back to cold.

Excellent location, room was clean and had everything I needed, breakfast is included as well.

Great variety of food options. Spotless. Friendly, helpful staff. Not sure it could better.
