Room was clean and comfortable. Location is very near Paddington station (5min walking distance). Breakfast was ok. Quite and good to sleep during the night. Room was small, but it is general size of hotel in central london. Normally, they clean well, but this time cleaning was not good. Many dust found in toilet and they did not empty the rubbish (full of trash inside).

Location, very close to Paddington Station. Safe neighborhood, esp. walking at night. Check in was a little confusing. There was no one to greet me when I arrived. No one to help me with my luggage. Also, the elevator was very slow. The concierge never told me I could take the stairs down to the basement, where my room was located.

Clean and tidy. Typical English building which was charming. Great location. Close to the railway with a good choice of restaurants. Nothing stands out. All good.

Good location near Paddington, alright breakfast Impossible room, in addition with steps! and so small that you could not move, no place for the suitcase, not possibible to hang up clothes, The wardrobe, if you climbed over the suitcase on the floor, full with an ironboard!

Staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. Convenient to the train station and restaurants. Access to the room required navigating sets of steps. These would be difficult for those with mobility issues. The step just outside the room was a bit hazardous due to its unexpectedness. A large ironing board blocked the closet, making it impossible to hang clothing there.

Convenient location to classic London sites and very close to Paddington tube station. Very classic accommodations and neighborhood. Staff were very helpful. Had a good breakfast buffet. Appreciated have a lift.
