It was a good zone The thin walls, the water didn't have pressure, we couldn't get the water to right temperature, it was very hot or very cold, no ac, the windows are very old

Although i was too early i could have my room without extra payment. Friendly staff even brought my luggage ro second floor.

Lovley visit! Locations perfect for Wembley. Honestly it's a few mintues across from Paddington Station and the underground. So easy to get everywere from here ideal location for everywere to be honest. Rooms were clean, and spacious. Tea coffee sugars and biscuits in the rooms. Mini shampoo shower gels and soups gave a lovley touch. Towels set out nice on the beds. Reception staff very welcoming chappy supported us last night with some directions very helpful. Its not the rix but its clean friendly in an amazing location and a good price. Good value for money. Would stay again Only concerns... Lift wasn't working. (we were notified) before our stay. We were on 4th floor so lots of steps. But we managed fine... And secondly we did stay within the UK heatwave. And sadly the fan in our room wasn't working greatly there's no air con. But we did open the windows but it was very warm. Still managed to sleep made it managable.

The location right next to Paddington Station is very convenient. The furniture in the room was falling apart, lights not working, hair in the sink/on the walls of the bathroom

The locations was perfect There was no air conditioning so on a summers day and during the night you got very hot. No lifts to get your bags up and down. The hotel was run down. It wasn’t the most cleanest

Location Elevator was out of service, we had a room on last floor. Room was poorly maintained, as well as other spots in the hotel.

Its very close to the train station and bus stops. The lift does not work and its a bit of a hike to go to your room
