Great location Room was a bit on the small side

Fine location - central enough to go by feet to lots of attractions and has very good transportation to the airports and other places (few minutes from Paddington station and from Hyde park). Very welcoming and helpful staff, comfortable and stylish room, clean and spacy, and even with air conditioner (was useful in August). Has a private parking if somebody needs. Everything was perfect

Location is amazing! Just a few minutes from London Paddington station, which is an easy transfer on the Heathrow Express (just 15 minutes to Heathrow, so a great spot for a layover and easy into central London). The staff was very friendly, and we were upgraded both times we stayed into lovely suites. It is on the pricier side given the relatively weak Canadian dollar.

Location Slow service of staff, especially in the bar and breakfast area

The property is very close to Paddington station which is s major rail & tube hub including the Heathrow Express transfer. It has a quaint old look that is so emblematic of London. The staff are always very helpful & friendly. Frankly speaking it is hard to dislike this property.

The friendliness of the staff at reception. The very nice room and the location At the breakfast the staff didn’t speak fluent English and made some mistakes. There was also a long waiting time for certain dishes. The food was good. It would be more interesting if you could choose from the entire menu as the prices are the same as the dishes that you can choose from the menu when breakfast is included.
