Very close to Paddington Station. The room is a bit small but adequate and clean. The reception is available only until 4 p.m., so you cannot leave your bags after that time; however, there are nearby shops that offer storage for around £5. Check-in is at 2 p.m. I arrived around 1:15 p.m., and although the room wasn’t ready, there was a small waiting area that was comfortable. The Wi-Fi here is terrible the worst I’ve experienced. I raised this with the receptionist, who provided another network, but that’s just as bad. Luckily, I wasn’t in the room much during the day, but this is definitely something hotel needs to address. The connection keeps dropping, is extremely slow, and is completely unreliable.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean and a great location to access Paddington train station. There is no elevator so carrying our bags up 62 narrow stairs was challenging!

Good Location and clean I asked for twin bed room and the give me only one bed and sofa bed which was horrible and couldn’t sleep and when I talked to them he told me you have chosen on booking bed and sofa bed which is totally wrong and I never see this choose …. It was a horrible night for me.

Cleaning the bathroom can be improved. It was difficult to open the entrance door hopefully the guest manages to get in without staying long outside

Great location. I was in London for a concert in Hyde Park and this hotel was awesome for the location, I was able to walk back from Marble Arch after the concert in around 30 min. Cool view from the windows. Wifi was not working at all, a bit noisy from the street and corridors (take ear plugs). Balcony door does not open fully.

The location is great, many options for restaurants nearby, coffee houses too, short walks to either Paddington or Lancaster Gate. Hyde Park is very close too. I specifically booked a Family Room, and much to my surprise was given a very small room, and was told there is nothing that can be done, and that I would need to reach out to booking, because the property couldn't do anything. Not very pleasant to hear. Also nobody at the property ever replied to my messages or emails. The room was really small, even for London. I could barely open my suitcase.

Nice and convenient location. Easy to check in. OK ish feel to the rooms. Really lacks the cleaning duties. Dust accumulated over months!

Tiny rooms

The WiFi was not great or not even working, we booked with breakfast which we were told they don’t do, rooms need a good cleaning, the placed smelled which I think was because of laundry they must do from other places or whatever. Windows did not close properly so street noise was an issue plus they could clean them. I would not recommend staying here.

Asked for a lower level room for my mom (age 65) and they put her at the very top of the stairs, furthest away. Tiny tiny room was a joke

The staff member who met me was great. He got my bags to the room right away. the entry door is not easy to find.

The breakfast was included but they said that they cannot serve breakfast. They offered 15%discount in dinner instead. I refused as I planned to eat outside.

Rooms are decent sized and clean. The reception was nice and accomodating. The main door needs to be fixed. I was stuck outside for a while because the key card wont work and it happened a few times.

Location was fantastic!

Very small room, but very clean. Great water pressure! Breakfast was cancelled for unclear reasons a few days before our stay, which soured our arrival as we had specifically searched for hotels with breakfasts (others seem to have had the same experience!). We would have paid less choosing another hotel without breakfast. Besides that, fine for a weekend stay where you don't spend a lot of time in the room!
