Location was excellent. Exactly what we wanted. The room wasnt as per photos. Very cramped family room. Doors were hard to open for kids as they hadnt been trimmed to fit over carpets. Room was also in the lower ground floor, and room was extremely hot. The window, which looked put on the basement stairs, had a small bathroom lock across to hold it shut, and bars in front of it, whilst sleeping, i had to move any reachable items out of the way and sleep next to.it, as my kids were a bit worried someone woukd try reach through. Also meant, that when we left the room for dinner, anybody could open that window, given the tiny lock. Also, paid £45 for parking outside the property. When pulling up to check in, i left my back wheel over the neighbouring hotels car park, went in my hotel and they advised me to move my vehicle alightly forward, as other guests have had tickets. This took all of 3 minutes. Woke up to a ticket for £100, the hotel were amazinh tbh, and gave me all the help to get it appealed, but still have to qait for an outcome. Be careful to only park directly outside.

Staff were great from first nght , really friendly and gave us information of what was around us . Was a bit of an un usual request for the key to be held back as we left premises , we never heard of that and were a bit un easy but thankfully all was good and nothing taken . As you hear many stories of hotels entering and taking property . Room is exceptionally small for a triple bedroom , toilet had a smell every morning ,window didnt open and there is no privacy with a half drawn curtain ! Zero air con other than a fan ! Did not know there was no elevator , had we had a lot of luggage we wouldve strugged alot .

Super convenient location next to Paddington underground, clean, very helpful staff and great for what we needed. Very reasonably priced for London and suited us as touring London and going to a concert. Would definitely stay again Shame no air con but fan in rooms and no lift (both of which was made clear when booking) If struggle with steps ask for lower floor

Staff were lovely. Spotless. Size of rooms and heat of room.

It’s was basic, I knew this when booking. It was exactly what I thought it would be. Even though it was basic. There are things which I was disappointed with. Due to no air con (I knew the didn’t have them) the room had fans which we could plug in one worked the other did not work as well. The room needs a touch up walls are dirty, carpet is dirty, shower covered in limescale. Other then that I had decent time

Staff was friendly and helpful with any issues. Nothing, staff was great and helped us get into another room after a water issue.
