The location is great. Right by Paddington Station and we were flying out of Heathrow the next day so super convenient to grab the direct train. It was a bit run down.

The bedroom although small had all the facilities required We had a fourth floor room upstairs which were very narrow and steep and had difficulty navigating with 2 suitcases We should have been given a better choice of room lower down

Excellent location, close to park, restaurants and various transport links. Clean shower room and carpets and good quality bed linen. Windows that open and a view of the trees. £100 waiver charged on arrival in case I damaged the room or stole something - hoping it is refunded promptly.

All the staff were terrific! No bar fridge or phone in the room.

A very nice clean hotel with nice staff and a good central location in London . The hotel is in a very plesant area of London aswell with plenty of shops, restaurants and public gardens nearby! I now stay here regularly when in London !

Fantastic location, just a few mins walk to Paddington. Really friendly and helpful staff. Large room by london standards. Carpets were badly stained. Can only leave luggage until 1pm on the day of departure. Staff were able to make an exception as we’d booked a tour (thank you) but for others to be aware

Close to where I needed to be and easily accessible. Room Although basic was clean, quiet, more than enough room for a stay for a couple of nights if needed. Needs some modernisation and for things like TV’s to work if fitted in room

Convenient for Paddington Small single room but fine for staying in London - V hot night so needed fan on all night -grateful it was provided No complaints - would stay there again

Location was really good. Friendly staff. Nice room. Having to pay a £100 holding fee that I didn't know about until getting to the hotel. It comes back a few hours after checking out though.
