Nothing. Pathetic room, looks like I was staying in a storeroom and worst hotel stay in my entire professional life. After travelling 50+ countries for my work, this one stands at the rock bottom of my overall experience. No comfort, nothing to mention positively, except some stuff who are good. Room size, amenities, no lift, pathetic ventilation and worst part is cost.

Great location a block from Paddington Station as well as close to Kensington Park and main roads to hop on a bus to get around the city. A bit outdated but the AC worked great and was needed as it was very hot. Staff very helpful and friendly. The elevator was broken and they assisted with the luggage. Quiet at night and bed and linens were comfortable. Only real room for improvement is in the bathroom. Overall an excellent value. Teeny tiny bathroom with a very hard to use configuration but not a deal breaker.

The location was perfect Rooms are small, there are some stains on bedding, floor creaks, so if you are not alone in the room you will awake the person you are with.

Nothing No lift working, was on the 4th floor and the person at reception didn’t offer to help with our bags and the receptionist, was so rude

Amazing location, Paddington station is literally less than 5 minutes of a walk. Very good value for the money, the room was cleaned every day of our stay by the lovely staff. A little bit tight but considering its central London, it's the norm and honestly the price, location, staff and cleanliness made up for that. Great food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner on the same street! n/a
