Nice room. Ideal as It was a last minute booking as my husband got taken into St Mary's Hospital that day so I had to take a quick decision to stay somewhere. This hotel was lovely and literally 8 minute walk from hospital so I was so pleased. Nothing to dislike.

Location is superb, very close to train and tube stations, airconditioning was a lifesaver during the heatwave I knew the room was but it was insanely small. If you're not spending much time in the room, it's fine.

The beds were very comfy and there was AC which helped a lot. The location is perfect, next to the paddington station. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. The only thing we had a problem with was that they werent changing the trash in the room even though it was full. But room service was good other than that

Location and friendly staff. Room was a bit run down. Furniture was old and should have been replaced. Lighting was bad, especially in bathroom. Missing towel bar in bathroom, just hardware left on wall. AC was not robust and it was hot.
