Staff was good, breakfast was good and location convenient The room service was extremely slow and the food was stale. The rice was hard, undercooked and stuck together. The sheets were dirty and the duvet was too small for the sheets. The room was not cleaned properly at all.

The room was great. The food quality was excellent and the range of options at breakfast was excellent. The pool was good. Some restaurant staff were slightly offhand and inattentive. Evening service was slow as a result. As is often the case many items had run out in the last hour of breakfast service and had to be requested. Plates were cold which spoiled the cooked breakfast experience. Pool could be a bit warmer.

The buffet breakfast and coffee and hot water machines, the swimming pool , being dog friendly, the staff were very accommodating and lovely , it was lovely and clean aswell as quiet. The suanerarium after the pool. The fact the tvs didn’t work as should no chromecast either, the fact you had to up grade to a higher floor for sky channels only to find it didn’t work and only got back £25 even though I should of got the upgrade for free an the extra nights stay. The beds were less comfy on lower floors ended up with back ache. Ended up with only free view which I explained I’m up most nights due to my chronic pain so needed to tv for distraction. The swimming pool need to be bigger. There was no 24h room service so my daughter couldn’t get pizza late at night.
