Fantastic hotel, lovely staff and great location..

I stayed for two nights. Overall, the hotel has a fantastic location, which is extremely convenient for exploring London and many interesting attractions. The facilities are relatively modern and well maintained, and most of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. One member of staff was particularly friendly and helpful (23 August Sunday morning and afternoon time), although unfortunately I cannot remember his name (seems from Pakistan (?)). Overall, I had a pleasant stay, especially thanks to the excellent location, although I had expected slightly more for the price of a four-star hotel in central London. There were a few aspects that could perhaps be improved. The room was quite cold during my stay, and as the central air conditioning was only providing cool air (even in summer), I needed to request additional heaters. I understand that this may not be an issue for many guests, but I personally found the room quite cold in late August. Housekeeping also came to my room quite early, at around 9am. I happened to be ready at the time, so this was not a problem for me, but it might be inconvenient for guests who are still resting. The lifts were occasionally out of service, and the hotel could be quite noisy at times, particularly in the evening.

It’s in a lovely clean, quieter area We were given a wheelchair accessible room and the shower didn’t drain properly. The bathroom door was damaged and swollen on the bottom so obviously this has been an ongoing issue.

Great location very clean. Enjoyed every moment of London. There’s nothing we didn’t like about the property, but to be very frank, the rooms are small, but we expect that in any large city!
