Gasha was wonderfully welcoming and efficient, such a great asset to the hotel. The room was good. The facilities were fab. Toaster, kettle, microwave, sink, cutlery, plates and even washing up liquid! We had a basement room with two windows at the front of the house. One of the windows had just a very thin blind which was inadequate. The windows didn't lock, which made me a bit nervous. Granted there are bars on the window so no one could get in, but there is easily space for someone to open the window from the outside, which is unsettling (and not entirely unlikely given we were facing the street). There were also mattresses left in front of our window outside. Not the best view!

We thought the room was very comfortable, the air con kept it at a lovely temperature in the heat. There was everything we needed to eat in the room if need and the lovely cold fridge and water was excellent. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. Check in was easy and communication was great. We loved it. Our room was a little on the smaller side for four people to move around but if You don't want to stay in the room for long its wasn't a problem.

The location was ideal..staff was friendly Space was very cramped

Friendly staff, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable for a reasonable price. Hotel provided everything we could have needed if we had stayed a bit longer, including microwave, fridge and even washing up liquid to do our dishes. Being very picky, the toilet flush in our room didn’t quite switch off properly after flushing so we could hear water trickling for a long time throughout the night . Might be worth checking.

Great location, comfortable bed, friendly welcome

This hotel is in a fantastic location and everything was very neat and clean. A huge plus was how well-equipped the room was. Having a coffee machine, water kettle, microwave, and refrigerator made the stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Highly recommended! The luggage room is shared with another hotel, 200 m away. The hotel was closed and nobody ever replied the messages. Staff from Nox hotel Olympia helped us out

Terrible hotel. Put me in a basement room and waited until I was checked in to tell me that the air conditioning was broken during a heatwave. The room was disgusting and dirty, with broken light switches, peeling wallpaper and used cleaning products left in the bathroom. The heat in the room was unbearable. I complained at the front desk, checked out immediately and the manager, Saman, agreed that I would receive a full refund of £250, but that I needed to make a formal request through Booking.com first. This was a lie and now the Nox Olympia is refusing to return the full amount I paid for a room I spent less an hour in. Do not go here. Do not give them your money. This hotel is unclean and unsafe and the staff are dishonest.

Staff where friendly Pretty much everthing - do not book this property. We booked this hotel because of the aircon- aircon was broken. All the paint on the walls was peeling, it wasnt veey clean. Fans didnt work very well. Said it had a desk but it was a radiator cover size. Hugely disapointed, defo dont waste your money on this hotel didnt look anything like the photos.

No food available but the room had a fridge, microwave, coffee making facilities and cutlery and crockery.

close to Olympia, good location and cost effective compared to alternatives One of the rooms was in the basement and quite frankly was that of a horror film. The room was so damp, that parts of the wall covering/paint seemed to be falling off, aircon didn’t work at all, the heat was unbearable & the other room, the aircon blew up in the middle of the night. Wouldn’t recommend particularly in Summer as these are not healthy or pleasant conditions. The rooms are incredibly small.

The room was clean and comfortable, with good use of space and all amenities like fridge, microwave, toaster, iron. Nice shower. AC was making a noise occasionally. Room was a bit small for 4 people
