Great location and gives all the necessary amenities needed. Better standard than some of the other similar hotels along the same road in Shepherd Bush

Price was good, location was good, fridge was handy, toilet/tv/shower/lighting all worked properly. In the heatwave, the room was seriously uncomfortably hot even with the fan on. Indoors was actually much hotter than the ambient outdoor temperature and I was pouring with sweat. The carpet was rather old and stained but the heat was the worst aspect. Even at night, the room temperature was not dropping while outside the temperature fell by about 15 degrees celsius. I suppose it us the nature of the building, I'd be happy to use it again but not in heatwave weather.

The hotel was in a great location, no more than a five minute walk to the tube station. It had a fridge and a fan, very helpful during this heatwave. The staff were always checking we were happy. Plaza Hotel is perfect for those needing a place to sleep, shower and get out and visit the city. Also plenty shops round about to grab a sandwich and drink. It was perfect for us.

The staff member was very friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were easy to access. The room wasn't in the best condition cleanliness wise (stains on the curtains, etc.) but the overall room was good enough for us

Lovely clean room, crisp white sheets, and duvet. Fridge was a nice touch (wish I had known before!). Wall mounted fan. Excellent location, with bus stops just down the road, and tube station about 12 minutes walk Nothing really, if I was being picky, I would say that the shower head could do with a descale, as it's not the best, and some tiles on the wall in the bathroom needed a clean.
