Nothing. Our room was on the floor level which we was hearing the reception guy playing videos all night, people coming in and out with door slamming and the reception family coming in and out throughout the night shouting.

Location very good and price affordable. Spacious room. Polite staff. Some rubbish in draws, no hair dryer in room. Broken window.

Good area, pub very close and close to tube station We found cockroaches and when moved to a different room there were at least 40 cockroaches everywhere! And after being offered only rooms with cockroaches we were left with our luggage stranded in london at 3am with no where to go.

The room was hot not clean cockroach even in the bathroom there were dead cockroaches in there the bathroom was not cleaned I regret spending that type of money and I don’t have what I paid for I will never book with booking.com because what is in the website is not what you meet

It’s very central to Shepherd’s Bush. The room was so hot even the fan didn’t make it comfortable. I had to ask for the fan to be brought to my room because there wasn’t one. The bathroom is a joke, so small and inconvenient. The check in procedure is awful and you are not warned about it before you arrive and then discover you have to phone a number and then wait about 15 minutes or more for a guy to come and let you in properly. Also no instructions for check out, office shut so just left the room key card by the door and went. This was at 9am, not the middle of the night. Generally would not recommend.

The room was fairly well equipped, with a decent bed, en-suite bathroom with a good shower, a small wall-mounted tv above the desk and chair, and basic kitchen facilities. Everything was good about the room aside from the very thin walls. Noise from the corridor and sometimes other rooms could be heard.

Hot water not working in the morning when I was showering. That's quite basic Aerial for TV didn't work either
