The staff were efficient and friendly. The location was great. close to Tower Bridge Tube and rail station. lots of restaurants and cafes along Bermondsey Street. A Sainsbury mini market just downstairs.

location, check in, staff friendly and welcoming and helpful. bathroom was shabby and tiles cracked on not clean. Tap was broken. Room was ok- a bit cramped. the rooms and foyer did were not as fresh as they looked in the photos. Furnishings were a little tired and shabby.

Amazing location. Fairly basic room but had everything I needed. I didn’t have the breakfast. Good value for central London. The lifts were old and one broke down.
