Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy! Even worked in a last minute meal for 14 . Many smiles! Rooms were beatiful.

My goal for this trip was to stay in really cool places this was our first night in London and kicked off everything and it was great.

The rooms are beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. You need to know the stairs are very steep and carrying heavy luggage could be a problem. The staff was willing to help.

Rooms are small but beautifully designed and maintained. Very elegant. This is a boutique Inn, located on the edge of Highgate, and the Heath. If you want to be away from the noise and congestion of central London, enjoy North London, and dont require a full service hotel, it is a very good option. The pub/restaurant is exceptional.

Very cute English pub boutique lodging. Many special details and simple but charming decor. Great location close to Hampstead Heath for beautiful walks, picnics and views. The only drawback is if you have heavy or excessive luggage the stairs may be difficult. The staff helped with luggage so that was a kind plus. As the description says, there is no staff on site throughout the night and no breakfast offered, but coffee shops are nearby and that was not a drawback for me at all.

The room was beautifully appointed -- the bathroom was quite nice and all the furnishings were luxe. The room was quiet and comfortable.

The staff were super friendly and helpful and gave us an upgrade which was such a treat! The little details in the room were so tasteful and it was just truly beautiful - thank you. Lunch (Brown crab linguine & Raddichio salad with burrata and squash) and wine were also fabulous Housekeeping/cleaning could be better… but didn’t impact the stay… I just notice things ?
