I absolutely love this hotel and I will definitely come back on my next London visit. It´s location is very nice in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Belsize Park underground is close (about 2 min. walk) and there is are bus stops just outside the hotel which is very convenient. In my room everything was so well thought of. If was of a perfect size, bright with great lighting and the best thing ... it was absolutely SPOTLESS!! It´s not often I have stayed in a hotel room that clean. Also it had everything needed and more (BIG TV opposite the bed, safe, slippers, hairdryer, toiletries, iron and iron board). And the magic cupboard with the "kitchen" was so brilliant!! Looking like a closet but when you opened it there was a microwave, stove, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and all kitchen utensils needed for cooking. I stayed on the 2nd floor which I loved but the stairs getting there are VERY steep and narrow. It made no difference for me but if you are carrying a big heavy suitcase or have difficulties with walking I would ask for a ground floor room. The bed was too firm and it affected my sleep. A soft top mattress would make a big difference I think. A better mattress and this hotel is a 10.

It is very clean. Great location. NO elevator or lift. Rooms are very small . Worst room ever I could not reach the way to go to bed it was totally against the wall. I have pictures .

Very clean. Compact kitchenette which was handy. Nice bathroom and good shower No lift and we were 3 floors up with heavy luggage. Couple more plates or bowls would have been nice.

The water in the shower could've been a little hotter (that said it wasn't cold at all, just didn't seem to go over lukewarm, unsure if that was just at a particular time of day tho)

The location is great—very close to the metro station with plenty of restaurants nearby. The place is spotless, and all the room amenities are brand new The room had a musty smell, but there was air freshener provided.

Great location, lots of useful amenities in room, clean, very friendly staff, brilliant price! Would have liked a lift as a lot of stairs to top floor.

Staff was wonderful, location was great! The room had water pipe sounds all the time and the room didn’t have good insulation. Shower head made loud noises when on.
