This turned out to be one of the best money for value hotels I found in London. The staff was absolutely amazing, friendly, professional and available. Don't get me wrong, this is not a high-class hotel, but it does the job if you are in town for a couple of days to attend business meetings in the North of London. The room was pretty small and dated. I visited during the heat wave, and the lack of air conditioning was a bit disappointing given the room heated up like a greenhouse. There was a fan which helped a bit.

If you like to sleep in a sauna this is the place for you
-
Bed size was ample It should have stated that there is no air conditioning unit in all the rooms.. and the worst is I was charged twice on the same day..
-
Good location and car parking onsite, limited to 20 cars Rooms were outdated, and the balcony door unable to lock, as it adjoined other balcony doors.

It was not great room was tiny and bathroom was not clean we were misinformed of breakfast times and coffee was unavailable for ten mins and breakfast was cold. Staff not helpful. Receptionist was nice A lot

Location Literally everything. No AC? They ripped me off over 300 dollars.

I really liked the location, close to primrose hill. Nice neighbourhood. I think I was given the executive room instead of the double, so that was really nice also. Top floor, spacious, big desk, mini fridge, bathtub in bathroom. All good. Honestly no real complaints, the bed was a bit firm and curtains were hard to shut, but really this place should have a way higher rating than it does. I ended up booking an extra night. I don't like the dynamic pricing though - that was super frustrating.

The room this was dated

The room was a good size for the price and location. The Wifi was unfit for purpose, it kept dropping off and when it was functioning it was very slow. My room wasn't cleaned at all during my 3 night stay so the towels were pretty damp by the end.

Location cleanliness No air conditioning in room. With no windows zero ventilation very unhealthy . Carpets dirty Hotel needs modernizing and upgrading.

The staff at the reception was rude.

Everything was excellent and we even got upgraded to a Double suite which was lovely. The bed was a double bed but it had a foot board which made the bed very short. I am 5ft8 and my husband is taller and I really battled.

I like the location The breakfast restaurant they have no enough type of food & very expensive
-
no amenities. Room cleaned after 4th day, even if asked to clean before then, told that only cleaned on 5th day. Did provide clean towels at reception when asked.

I had a nice room, of a good size with a good view. Most importantly given I had a cold and it was freezing winter's night, the room was warm. In the event I decided to stay another night mainly for this reason. The check-in experience could have been a bit warmer. My room wasn't bad, but I was a bit aware that the lift was next door (though I still slept fine). The shower was separate from the rest of the bathroom suite, which I wasn't that keen on. I chose to stay a second night and the staff were completely obliging and arranged for me to have a lovely room, which I have reviewed separately.

Hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Chalk Farm tube. On arival was greeted by polite staff. I knew room had no window when I booked (was in the basement) but it was really large with a comfortable bed and a nice shower/bathroom. All was clean and fit for purpose. Quiet with very little noticeable distractions and I slept really well. Happy, smily receptionist on check out. All good! Nothing really.
