I really liked the location, close to primrose hill. Nice neighbourhood. I think I was given the executive room instead of the double, so that was really nice also. Top floor, spacious, big desk, mini fridge, bathtub in bathroom. All good. Honestly no real complaints, the bed was a bit firm and curtains were hard to shut, but really this place should have a way higher rating than it does. I ended up booking an extra night. I don't like the dynamic pricing though - that was super frustrating.

Hotel staff were really friendly and the room was clean and comfortable . Would definitely stay again. I liked it all. It was a bank holiday weekend so it was a bit expensive but it was exactly where we needed to be.

It had all the facilities I needed in the room , it was very clean . Decor is a little outdated but for the price I was happy. I upgraded to have a window in my room and the view of the city made a massive difference. Staff could be a little more welcoming

Great location Staff very rude at bar and everything seem a hassle when asked for anything. Went to breakfast and was overcharged when questioned staff on price he shoved a card machine in my face told me to pay and wouldn’t speak very rude

My expectations were super low going into this, when I arrived all of the staff were friendly and our room was small but fine for the price. I think if you don't need frills, just a place to stay in Hampstead. this could be for you!

Location Basement room (002) had back siphon smell from bathroom. No AC just fan recycling warm air with obvious odor No cutlery like spoons for tea making Kettle can’t be filled by mixer tap in bathroom waste!
