Very good

This was a great location for Wembley Stadium, really easy to access the jubilee line. On a quiet street just off the main road. I stayed in the accessible room opposite reception which was a little loud at times but also very spacious. Didn't take the breakfast as £16.99 seemed pretty steep.

Locations and how the hotel looks. Right next to the underground. The room had a bad smell and the carpet had many stains and dirt that was disgusting. Generally staff was good except one that was very bossy in morning breakfast.

Lovely large room. Lovely friendly staff. Nice and quiet. Fabulous location.
-
Location. Big airy room. Bathroom - no air filter for shower or light over mirror. Asked for winter duvet to be replaced with lighter one but told nothing available.

Low pressure water supply to the shower

We particularly like Swiss Cottage as we love the tree lined street, open bedroom windows (no air conditioning) and the staff are always very friend. A shout out to Beatrice on reception and Dawn in the dining room for breakfast! Very committed, helpful and organised members of staff. Rooms could do with updating in terms of decoration but love the quirkiness of the hotel! The TV reception was quite poor and just a small note to say that our kettle did not turn off itself and could be a fire hazard.

Location is good. Three stops on the super fast Jubilee Line and you are in Bond Street, or anywhere else for that matter. Its a bit tired but it has everything. No fridge in room though.
-
Good breakfast, professional and friendly staff. Like majority of hotels they don't clearly label the shower soap and shampoo dispensers.

friendly staff at the reception and bar area

The location was excellent and the hotel was very quiet. On the whole the hotel was good, however, the beds were very uncomfortable and the rooms were incredibly hot. I know you can’t do anything about the weather, however, air con might be a good investment

Handy for theatre and tube station Bedroom was large Dining room for breakfast was nice and clean. Staff at breakfast very friendly and efficient Bathroom rather grubby. Also bedroom furniture had handles missing on furniture and bedside cabinet worn and chipped. One member of staff rather abrupt and unfriendly,

Close to the subway Needs A LOT of repairs and a good clean!

Good location, in a quiet area close to public transport. Water pressure in the shower was extremely weak. The room wasn't cleaned during my stay. Breakfast selection was very limited, thankfully there are some nice coffee shops not too far where you can have breakfast instead.

Location and breakfast was nice though very slow service Room was like a sauna, bathroom dirty, stained towels, no shower gel and tiny beds. Bar not open to the times advertised either.
