Amazing location, very convenient for exploring London and getting around. Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing. It was very noisy at night, the sink was blocked, there was no coffee provided, and the TV didn’t work. The staff also weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming.

The foyer was lovely looking and the staff were helpful. The bed was comfortable The room was small and nothing fancy for the price. The carpet was very stained. I was also charged for breakfast after stating multiple times at the property and over email that I did not want breakfast. Thankfully I was reimbursed after following up.

From start to finish the whole stay was just fabulous! From the moment you arrive you see and feel the wow factor. The building has so much character, the staff can’t do enough for you, the rooms are so spacious and well equipped with everything you could want and more. They have a way of making guests feel so special. There is nothing not to like!

Deluxe King room, loads of space but the bathroom was a little cramped. Late check-in time of 3pm is very awkward when your flight from Australia arrives in London at 6.30am!

The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. They constantly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. The bed was comfortable, shower water pressure was very good, and everything was clean and well maintained. The room was also very quiet and you couldn’t hear any outside noise or other people in the hotel. The bus stop, train station, and underground being right outside the hotel doors was a bit hectic in the mornings. Luckily we just crossed quickly to the other side of the street and we were out of the hustle and bustle.

The location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious and clean. We returned after enjoying a previous visit a few months ago. The hotel felt less welcoming and staff seemed less friendly than they were on our previous visit.
