The location is superb. The rooms are very comfortable with extremely good matrasses. Very friendly personnel at the restaurant. We were disappointed with the front desk experience. Upon arrival, we were given one room earlier than check-in time, which we appreciated. However, this room was smaller and did not have a window, unlike the standard Queen rooms we had booked for all six rooms. When we requested to move to a room of the same standard, our request was initially declined. After a shift change at reception, the new staff member was able to accommodate us and provide the correct room. While the issue was eventually resolved, the situation felt unnecessary and left a negative impression.

Great place! The restaurant was great, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. The air conditioning was slow to take effect, but it worked, so not a major complaint at all.

The hotel was new, clean, and centrally located in London City. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The rooms were clean. The room was in the basement facing the interior of the hotel, which was very dark. At first they tried to put us on the very bottom level and there were posts in the middle of the room that were holding up the whole hotel. I felt like the hotel was going to fall on top of me. Irrational, I know but it felt like a dark cave so concrete columns in the center didn’t help. That room also smelled like mold. They ended up moving us to a room one floor up (still facing the interior) and it was slightly better. But the hot water in the room didn’t work. The manager was helpful and got it fixed but overall the experience with the rooms really colored the last part of our trip. They should not be putting people on the basement level. It cost us over $2k for a two nights and that was not worth the price. They should remove all the rooms facing the interior except for maybe the top few levels where you can actually get sunlight.
