Okay sized room and lovely room. Comfortable and the housekeeping was good and prompt daily Second time I have stayed, the first was a birthday and this time was an anniversary. Both times no care what so ever on the occasion for the visit. I explained at check in that I've had a terrible day and had many issues. And that I was here for anniversary. I've stayed at many hotels for many occasions and through many ups and downs. I don't expect much but as a person who works in hospitality myself. I know the little to expect from these moments at hotels. I didn't even hear "best wishes" from staff. Its not that I expect the red carpet. But the very least amount of care and want to be hospitable isn't too much to expect. I think the front of house should work on this.

The location is good. The bed was comfortable. I didn’t like the Reception staff as I am older and they spoke very very quietly and I spent the whole experience asking him to repeat every single thing they said. The Aircon in the room was substandard. They told me that was a high up as it could go, but it was less than a slight breeze. The tea in the room did not come with any milk.

We had a quiet room. The location was very good for us as we went to the Bridge Theatre which is close by. Breakfast was good in a sunfilled room.

Beautiful building and decor, comfortable room, excellent location Everything was great but if I could make one comment then I'd say the shower head and the water pressure could be improved.

Lovely boutique sort of hotel with good ambience. Breakfast was great and the chef did a good job with my customized order. And it's really close to London Bridge station which is really convenient. Room did not have a desk which to me was a miss as I was there on business and had a lot of work to do on the laptop. Also saw a mouse scurrying across the hallway next to my room which was not a pleasant site. The legs of the chair I sat on in the coffee shop gave and I was on the floor. To my good luck my head just missed the edge of the table behind me, but it hit the floor!! On top of all this, I found out that I would not get an Bonvoy points since I did not book directly with Marriott. That did it for me.

The staff were kind, they went above and beyond for us, allowing early check in as our room was ready when we arrived after a long journey. The room was beautiful, clean, and beds were so comfy. The location was fantastic. We came for breakfast at about 10am. Breakfast finishes at 11am. By the time we arrived, the buffet food was a bit dried out and no longer very hot. Breakfast seemed a little basic.
