The hotel was nicely appointed and was relatively clean. We upgraded our stay for $380 a night to stay in the Astor which was recommended to us by the staff and offered in order to accommodate my son staying with us. We accepted with the understanding the Study would be converted to a bedroom for him. Upon arrival we noticed this had not been done. It was late when we realized there was also no bedding available for us to set up the pull out sofa ourselves. We also discovered there were only towels for 4 not 5 adults. We requested this as well. It took nearly 2 hours in the late evening to try and resolve these issues.

It is a very new and well designed hotel. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially Mohamed ( the young man from Bangladesh). The location is perfect to explore great London. We have spent a wonderful time with it. No

Lovely staff. Aircon was fab. There was a green light in the room that couldn’t be turned off and it was far too bright to be able to sleep with and it kind of made the blackout curtains a bit redundant.

I had a lovely experience staying at this hotel. Everything was excellent from the moment I arrived. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended -

The location and overall feel of the hotel. Staff very polite and friendly No microwave as mentioned in the facilities available and no option to make one room into a twin so both rooms were double beds. Lack of teabags seemed a bit odd. Took two days to provide more.
