Every thing The whole staff is spectacular Nothing

I left two pairs of very expensive shoes in the room. The staff was not attentive or cooperative in any way in order to find them . After sending emails (never replied), making phone calls (never returned ) or even stopping by in person two times - nothing was done and nothing was located . Even though everything else (room, etc were pretty good). The total impression is still very disappointing.

The hotel staff were very helpful and went above and beyond.

Very good. Lots of selection. Kudos to Riddhi who greeted us when we arrived and always had a smile. The room was a bit tight to move around. There was only room for the desk chair but no other so it was uncomfortable for two people to sit.

The staff was wonderful! Breakfast was fabulous! And, the AC glorious! Noise above was a bit much sometimes.

Everything was spot on during our brief stay.

From the doorman who met my cab through the front desk, cleaning, and food service staff, the Queens Gate staff make every effort to make their guests’ stays memorable. The facilities, from the lobby to the design choices in the room, the hotel is beautifully appointed. The room was a bit small.

There wasn't enough fresh air in the room. Could not open the window.

Great location 5 minutes away from Hide Park by walk with plenty of cafés around, metro stations less than 10 minutes away by walk, bus stations for the city center less than 5 minutes away, quiet neighborhood. It was hard to find a room with 3 beds and this hotel has such rooms and it was large, confortable, well lit, modern, clean. I strongly recommend for 3 adults stay and will come back. The staff is very friendly and professionnal.

Really happy with the top quality service provided. The breakfast is excellent and it's in an Idea location for the Royal Albert hall

Staff were very accommodating and nice. We opted to stay in for dinner twice and the bar staff made sure that we had tables for dining. The staff also arranged for taxis to Heathrow at our request and the service was great. There are pubs and restaurants within walking distance. While the location was great for the V&A and Nat History, we were quite ways from other attractions - okay for most of us who walk, but one member needed transport - not a criticism of the hotel, but we need to do better homework next time in terms of location.

The location was great for us. We love to walk and the Queens Gate was central to many areas we wanted to visit. We had a short fulfilling 2 day stay managing to explore Kensington, Chelsea, Notting Hill and Soho

The bathroom was small. There wasn't enough counter space to put toiletries. The floors needed to be mopped. The towels looked worn-out. The shower walls should be disinfected and scrubbed.
