Location, very close to the tube station and is convenient to most attractions. Room is too small (which might be the fact of all central London hotels), no air conditioning.

Location perfect for our London adventure Clean and tidy, staff fantastic and check in desk team super helpful , also incredibly handy to keep our luggage for us while we explored until our room was ready Breakfast was extremely basic for a whopping £24,50 to find only basic tea and coffee option in flasks , also tables were very close together we “shared” our table with two single gentlemen either side our two adults two children table , I ordered a cappuccino and paid the extra £3.95 and received a small cup which didn’t arrive until after I’d finished my breakfast and reminded the staff, so a bit disappointing for such a high price you’d expect something a little more precise but we did enjoy the food we ate I couldn’t find anyone when we wanted to go back to our room so we went on up assumed they’d just pop it on my room but 5 minutes later somebody knocked at the door for me to sign a piece of paper a little old school I thought but but then that wasn’t even the payment I had then paid it all when I checked out anyway

The location is superb in a quiet street near Gloucester Road Tube. Very close to the Royal Albert Hall. The staff were very courteous and professional also. We booked a deluxe room - fabulously high ceilings and at the front of the property. Couldn't fault it. Would recommend this hotel and will book again in the future.

The location Absolutely lack of air conditioning. Not a single draft in the building. Just on the ground floor.

Location was great - quieter street, 5-10 mins to tube (across busy junction which can take longer to cross than the walk). Breakfast not worth the extra charge. Not cooked to order, no table service. Staff hovered over the tables which made us feel uncomfortable and rushed. Limited selection. They also sat out group of two on a table for 4 already occupied by another couple, despite several empty two person tables in the room. The other couple were visibly annoyed and split the table in half while h made us feel awkward; staff did nothing to help. Rooms and corridors tired and desperately in need of painting, lots of chipped furniture. No face flannels in bathroom and only one hand towel for two guests. No biscuits with the kettle, only pre-packed coffee and teabags. Executive room v small, no suitcase stand. Staff in bar didn’t know what soda water was. No water in the room and unclear whether water from bathroom tap was drinking water.

Location Room was tiny and cramped and no air con. With temps in the 30s it was horrible at times. Also booking.com said there would be an iron, there wasn't.
