Nice place at a great location near the Gloucester Road station Hotel is being closed as it is sold to some multinational $$ chain, not doubt for upscale luxury apartments or something.

Location was ok I accidentally forgot some clothes hanging in the cupboard including a leather jacket and staff refused to return the items claiming they were never found, refused to refund the value of the items and ignored my multiple attempts to seek support
