Staff were professional, friendly and exceptionally helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and good for the price with a sink and plenty of storage space and hangers. The room was in the basement and looked out on a pile of discarded plasterboard, etc. as renovations were being carried out. The shared toilets were very narrow and sometimes dirty. We had planned to use the kitchen but didn't as there was no window and it didn't seem very clean. There was a bad smell in the corridor leading to the room.

Location is great and staff is very kind. Room and toilettes are super clean, maybe a little bit more the kitchen area but is just that.

Exceptional
-
Only good thing was it was within walking distance from the museum Massive disappointment as it was not like the photos. No towels, no cold water in the rooms, small dirty toilet down the hall to share with other rooms, window was broken and didn’t close, curtains didn’t cover window, staff was rude and incompetent, lift broken, taking 8 staircases and everything looked the same made it confusing

close to the underground and grocery shop The communication with the staff and not clean, especially the kitchen, seemed abandoned with food expired in the fridge from March 2024

Location is good for me shower was not working in the room key did not work twice had to have letting In the night time staff only by three volunteered not pay employee
-
Room with a lot of space, table, chair, clothes furniture, night table by your bed, lots of shelves. Halls very narrow, lots of doors along the hall, felt claustrophobic

Bad

Single bed, not a dormitory bunk bed. Provided kitchen facilities with fridge, oven, microwave etc. The kitchen it could be cleaner, the sinks were full of unwashed pots and pans. The price I paid was a bit expensive for Saturday, therefore it could be held, whole of the property, much more cleaner.

Pleasant

This property clearly rents out rooms that are vacant in between long-term residents living there. In my case, the room was very adequate and clean, and the other resident wasn't even home, so I had the room to myself.
