Very comfortable beds. Modern shower. Quiet. Slow elevators. Gym could be better.

The location, cleanliness, and staff—especially Mennah, who was very helpful. You have to take your luggage to your room yourself; there are no designated staff members to do this, unlike at other hotels.

The room was a very decent size; definitely on the larger side for London, and was comfortable overall and clean. though the room view was the main street, we didn't feel the noises coming.. One of the highlights is the Secret Garden patio. It’s a lovely and relaxing space and a great place to spend the afternoon, especially when you just want to slow down and enjoy a drink in a peaceful setting. The location is excellent. The Underground station is literally across the street, which is a major advantage for exploring London. There’s also a Tesco nearby, along with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and places to grab a quick bite. Overall, the hotel has a great location, comfortable and spacious rooms, and a lovely outdoor patio, but there are several details that could be improved to make the experience match the standard and expectations of the hotel. The room lacked slippers and proper bathroom toiletries, and for a hotel at this level, we would have preferred to have a coffee machine rather than basic coffee facilities. One thing that really surprised us was the room service closing at 9:00 PM. I honestly can’t remember experiencing this before at a hotel of this standard, and we definitely didn’t expect it. The hallways also need some attention, particularly the lighting. They are extremely dim and could benefit from much brighter The elevators are another small frustration; they are quite slow.

Lovely staff, breakfast was great. Upgraded room FOC, garden is a little bit of paradise. Fantastic location really was above my expectations. 100% recommend. I had a cocktail that wasn't great as it was a premixed one.

The location is very good , The breakfast was terrible, Very dirty looking buffet display Big wait for eggs every morning, I had to tell staff what was empty, Coffee was terrible and what was disgusting is the dirty white drum that is used to hold water for coffee machine , I seen it being changed and the pump part was put directly on ground and stuck right in to water when man brought back the dirty yellow drum filled with water, The orange juice was sour the first day and pineapple sour , Chefs and staff need to have a look at each other and put a bit of effort in the food they are displaying every thing dirty,
