The hotel was good overall. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning was excellent. However, I specifically chose this hotel because soundproofing was listed as one of the room features on Booking.com. Unfortunately, the soundproofing was disappointing. We stayed in Room 223 for two weeks, and almost every morning from around 7:00 AM, there was significant noise from the housekeeping area. Staff were constantly moving between the corridor and the housekeeping/service rooms nearby, which made it difficult to sleep and relax in the morning. This daily noise affected our comfort throughout the trip. Everything else was good, especially the staff and AC, but if you are a light sleeper, I would recommend avoiding Room 223 or any room close to the housekeeping/service area.

Largest rooms I've seen in any London hotel. Was very comfortable for my family of 4. Location can not be beat either. We will stay again. No real complaints. The view out of our window was nothing to look at but other than that it was very nice.
