Excellent location, wonderful staffs. Great services. Great to see Olga again and many outstanding staffs (don’t remember everyone’s name). Thank you to all of you for everything. Looking forward to go back next year.

On the day we checked out of the hotel, we still had some time before our flight, so we asked the front desk to store our suitcases for us. They were very kind and helpful. There was only one large towel in the room. It would have been nice to have some smaller towels as well.

Location and staff Power kept going off in my room. Bedside lights didn't work Once moved to a new room, TV and TV remote didn't work. Mattress springs almost pushed through and couldn't lay on it. Was given a quilt cover to lay on. Breakfast was mininal. Area smelt unwashed/cleaned for ages. Room smelt like it hadn't had a good clean once the carpet freshner disappeared.

Excellent location - very quiet street..! Super handy to the underground and David Lloyd’s across the road! Reception always very helpful and cheery- especially William. Nothing. A very pleasant stay and dose the job perfectly for a short trip to London. The location is absolutely fantastic..!

The Villa Kensington is in a great location! Only about a five minute walk from the closest station with easy access to main lines and even the airport - making my with suitcases was easy. The single room is quite small but if youre just looking for a place to rest it does the job! I had breakfast included however if you dont eat meat or dairy (allergic to eggs too) theres not much there for you. Couldn't even have a cup of tea because there was no alternate milk. Felt wasteful and was quite lacklustre seeing as there was no real option other than a piece of fruit.
