Easy walk to underground station Cooked breakfast, was cold by the time I took it back to my seat.

The staff was friendly, the location was excellent, bed was comfortable, reasonable price The room was not very clean, I could tell they cleaned rapidly and not thoroughly. The walls were also very thin and had to sleep with earplugs.

Location to underground and walking distance to some sites. Rooms in the basement. Mattress was awful Staff was not friendly. Requested move to another floor would have had to pay more. These rooms should be noted on booking site. We’ve never stayed in a hotel with this type of room

The buffet breakfast was plentiful. The bath towels were very generous in size! The walk-in shower was SO MUCH BETTER than one over a bath - especially for older people. The hotel was in a good location and within an easy walking distance to the Gloucester Road tube station. Our room was TINY! We had 4 suitcases, and nothing to put them on. Floor space was very limited. Not enough space in the bathroom for hanging clothes and/or towels, and the shelf over the washbasin was too small.

Location was great; updates to room/bath room nice These may be quibbles, but when I show up to register/get my key I’ve never been told by staff that I need to go to the website - you’re standing right there, register me! Also, I understand there are few hotels in the city with laundry, but would it hurt to be able to make some change ? Even a couple pounds worth. Guess it’s being spoiled North American…
