Overall the room and the bathroom was clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful The air-conditioning was very noisy, so I had to turn it off for the night time The windows are old and don't keep the cold air outside and because of the noise from outside we woke up very early.

Location and price were favourable Hotel is very run down, very dirty and many aspects are badly in need of repair.

There was a huge brown stain on the duvet. The bathroom wasn't clean enough. There is a discrepancy between the room shown online and the actual room; unfortunately, the rooms are old. It is good only in terms of location, and the staff are friendly.

The location to get to pretty anywhere in london easily from Gloucester Road Station is excellent. There's a tesco very close which is open late which is handy. Staff were lovely, room was great except the air con wasnt very good and said they had no fans when we asked so it was very warm, the bathroom and shower were fantastic. The room was a good size and everything we needed for a base in london. The room was really warm in the heatwave and they didnt have a fan for us. If it wasnt a heatwave then it probably wouldnt have been so bad. The view was nothing just a wall with net over it but pigeons kept flying down by the window. Nothing too bad though
