It was in a very nice location Room was way too small. Can hardly fit one person. Air conditioner was leaking inside the room, mold in some corners of the room.

The location, only 5 minute walk to Underground. How clean the room was, apparently cleaned every 2 days. We're there 3 nights and not once clean towels, bins emptied, bed made or cleaned at all.

Excellent location Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t live up to expectations. I was put on the top floor, the internet access was poor, the aircon unit was bad and there was a terrible constant smell in the room. I understand that this hotel is a basic hotel, but there were many things that could have easily been fixed to make it a more comfortable stay. I informed the reception via WhatsApp that I wasn’t happy about the wifi situation and using my own data, but got no response. The water power from the shower was almost non existent, and the bathroom felt dirty.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Very small bathroom can be hard to manoeuvre...but good value for the price.

They let us cancel quite easily. The room was moldy and in the basement with an open roof, so strangers could stand in front of our door in the middle of the night. The room was wasn’t even 15 square meters for a room for three adults, the bathroom wasn’t even big enough for two people to stand next to each other. Before booking the hotel I checked the reviews of course and they said that everything was amazing. After seeing the room we checked the reviews and they all came from the same IP-adress, meaning that the reviews were bought. At least they let us cancel the room quite quickly and we booked a way better Airbnb for the same price.
