No thing The reception personnel lack professionalism. There is no lift to the top floors; I had to transport my stuff up a narrow and steep staircase to the third story. Upon checkout, they lacked luggage storage facilities and requested that I store my luggage at another hotel located a five-minute walk away. A filthy fan was placed in my room, and when I activated it, it dispersed a significant amount of dust into the air and over the bed, rendering the atmosphere nasty and uncomfortable, which induced sneezing. The front entrance is secured at night; although they provided the password, the exterior door handle was stiff and challenging to manipulate, necessitating multiple efforts to gain entry.

It was located in a great area; close to the train station, food services, and even souvenir shops. Well it's a small hotel so there is no elevator so if you don't do stairs avoid it. Also the carpet in the room was covered in hair (not mine) I asked if they could clean it the first day and they did come clean but they didn't vacuum so the problem was still there.

    Location

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Definitely among the cleanest and nicest-looking rooms of the earl’s court hotels, plus the staff were extraordinarily helpful and nice! Good WiFi too The rooms are really close together so you can hear your neighbors clearly. Bed also s bit hard

Great neighborhood and super safe. Also close to the tube, supermarkets, cafes, ATMs, banks, exchage offices and whatever you might need as a traveler

Great location! No air in the room

My late check in involved an 800m walk in the rain - Staff were however very helpful, the only positive. That apart the room was utterly disgusting - Found a used sanitary towel in the corner, filthy floors, smelt dirty, exposed wiring in the bathroom, broken tiles, filthy shower Noisy as walls were paper thin The worst hotel I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed in some grotty parts of the world - Frankly it should be inspected and shut down AVOID AVOID AVOID Everything - If I could score a negative would do so

Nothing The trains rattling by to 2pm The Tv remote did not work. The bed was too big for the room. So you could get of the bed sideways. I was unable to sleep due to the trains. I complained to staff the first night. I was promised to be moved, the next day returning from work. I was still in the same room. I have made a complaint to booking com

Excellent location& value for money The delusional people that complains about this Hotel lives in dreamworld. Champagne expectations on a beer budget . It’s a great central location.

As I only paid £64-65 I can't complain too much. It was adequate for the price. Not great but not bad. Passable. There were a few problems with the room. There was water dripping from the light fitting in the ceiling (presumably someone was showering above and the water was coming through the floor. The carpet looked dirty and looked like it had not been hoovered for some time i.e. dead moths. One of the support legs under the bed was broken but the bed was still balanced. As it was hot I had the window open at night but it wasn't easy to sleep as the hotel backs onto a tube line with regular trains running till late at night.

I am very disappointed with the hotel. I wouldn't call it a hotel. I am very disappointed with the hotel. I wouldn't call it a hotel. I am more disappointed with Booking.com, which allows the hotel to display pictures and explanations about the hotel that have nothing to do with reality. Shame on Booking.com. I have no problem with hotel staff misleading customers with fake pictures, but Booking.com has a duty to ensure that all advertising for each hotel is accurate. I do not recommend that others come to the hotel.

    Very good

You get what you pay for. The room was reasonably sized and had everything basic that you would need. Was in a great location for where we needed to go. Didnt have to spend money on transport could just walk everywhere. The shower didn't work properly, had to use the smaller shower head as larger one sprayed water everywhere. The heating was on and we couldn't turn it off. General cleaning was unsatisfactory, dust everywhere and looked generally unclean and a bit run down.

I liked that there was hair in the towel as I took it off the shelf and a bunch of particles fell out of it as I unrolled it. I liked that the floor was full of sticks and DNA from all the other travelers whom had stayed in the room. So happy they don’t vacuum, because I love seeing the hair along the edges of the floor and wall, bunched up into little dust and hair balls that have been collecting for years. I also liked the random holes in the floor hidden just below the carpet, so walking around the room was a little obstacle course challenge to see if you could avoid rolling an ankle. I also loved that the ceiling sounded like it was about to collapse every time the person staying above us moved. Super comfortable stay. What’s not to love? The hallway barely big enough to walk up while carrying a bag? The inconsistent rise over run of the stairs causing a tripping hazard? The front desk agent sleeping so soundly that they don’t hear you walking down the old creepy stairs, and remains asleep as we walk past? The hair on the floor of the bathroom? The hair and “particles” in the “fresh” towels? The first room they put us in was so small we couldn’t even set down our bags? The shower being either hot or burning hot without the ability to adjust it? The bathroom light not having a fixture and just being an exposed lightbulb? The ability to get in the bed from one side because the bed is against the wall? Everything mentions sarcastically above in the previous answer? Who knows! Maybe the general filth of the place and dishonesty of the page the hotel was booked through. Absolute rubbish.
