Great area and easy to get to. Lovely little street. Hotel was nice outside and in. Smell initially when walking in lobby. Was like an off food smell. It didnt last and was pleasant after that. May just have been lunchtime. Plug hole in bath was really disgusting to look at. Needed a deep clean. Room itself was nice and clean as was rest if bathroom.

Fantastic location, ideal for access to public transport. Hotel was clean & staff friendly. The room was ok but little cramped. The bed was unnaturally high, we had to pull ourselves onto the bed, it was above waist height.

The location is excellent, just 2minutes from Earl’s Court tube station. Lots of shops, restaurants around the area. Rooms have air conditioning which is great as weather so hot. They also have tea, coffee in the room which is great and items replaced daily. Housekeeping is very good. The lift only goes to the third floor which meant we had two set of stairs to climb to the 5th floor. So not suitable for anyone with health issues or mobility problems. Also our double bed was so high it felt like you had to be an Olympian to get into it, and considering rooms are small. You had to climb in and slide out. Also bring earplugs if a light sleeper as noise from railway track if room on that side. Water pressure is very bad, just managed to shower could not wash my hair as would be there all day. Also hard to regulate temperature in shower.

The hotel is very close to the station, and is surrounded by restaurants and some shops. It is within walking distance to Kensington Palace if you enjoy about half an hour's walk. If not, the station is nearby and Piccadilly/Central/District were all very much available. The room itself was quaint and clean. For a large luggage, you'd need to open it by the door but it was very manageable. My room was on 4th floor however the lift only goes to 3rd and I had to carry my luggage up the last floor. The AC worked perfectly, and was highly needed in the heatwave. They even left a toothbrush and mini toothpaste, along with a shower cap and earbuds. The beds was super comfortable but quite high, so if you're short, do a little jump! Breakfast was downstairs and was basic selection wise, but tasty and filling. My room was on 4th floor however the lift only goes to 3rd and I had to carry my luggage up the last floor. It wasn't ideal for a person with a large and a small luggage. There was no long mirror, or any mirror outside of the bathroom. As a woman, I missed this aspect especially while doing my hair. A mirror by the outlets would have been nice. Particularly when doing make-up- the light in the bathroom is more orange which affects how make-up looks.

    Exceptional

I checked into the room yesterday and found it in an unsatisfactory condition. The issues I noticed are: • Bed: Dirty linens • Bin: Already full of rubbish • TV: Not working • Bathroom: Used soap was left in there No house keeing and they gave me bedsheets to change it by myself. I am very disappointed with the experience. I will be sharing this feedback on Booking.com and the hotel website. I kindly request a full refund for my booking. I have already raised the complaint with booking.com with my booking reference Nothing

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful booking.com allowed me and 2 other customers to book a room but the hotel was fully booked so we were left with no accomodation and booking.com didn't help at all

    Location None

Location is excellent and safe for a lone female traveller. Just a few minutes walk from Earls Court Tube Station and the 74 bus route through central London via Hyde Park to Baker Street. Booked a single room, which was very small but fine for an overnight stay. Breakfast was perfectly fine, not a plethora of choice but totally adequate to set you up for the day. I found the bed very uncomfortable, but that is probably due to personal preference. I like a firm bed and it was very soft, so I could not settle. I had booked a single room but if I book again, I would take a larger room. Being used to a queen bed, I found the single too small.

Proximity to Earl’s Court station, breakfast included and Air conditioning unit in room wasn’t working. Some wear and tear on a few of the fittings, like the shower and skirting boards
