The staff are very nice and helpful. One lady in particular but I don't know her name. She deserves accolades. Breakfast is great - choice of cereal, yogart, fruit & pastries. Hotel is very close & walkable to Earls Court tube. Lots of pubs, food shops, Tesco, M&S nearby. There is also a luggage room where you can leave your luggage. Rooms are a bit small even the "family" room

Location is near Earls Court station, yet that is one of the scruffiest in London so not exactly something to boast about. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in London over 25 years. A minuscule closet advertised as a single room; it was so small, I couldn't open the bathroom door. Curtains didn't reach the bottom of the window; weeds growing on the windowsill. Dingy, narrow corridor; stains on the carpets in the hallway and lift. Noise from the room next door as the walls are paper thin. Noise from the lift. Smell of curry everywhere. View over to dingy badly maintained houses. Photos on booking.com are not representative AT ALL. An insult to British hospitality; so bad, I wrote an email to the owner within an hour of arriving. I expect a FULL refund and an apology.

Nice, convenient hotel. Good for short stay with family and breakfast was adequate. Very close to Earls Court tube and plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Room was dark as no real day light and room was quite small.

Amazing location for acceptable price for London, 24/7 reception which is really convenient. You can even do a self check-in/check-out which is convenient. Also rooms have AC which for London in the Summer during these heat waves has been a life saver! Rooms are really small and look like they were designed by a man. (nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom, barely room to put a suitcase anywhere). Shower gels/shampoo provided were basically empty. I was staying with a friend and we both got one towel each. No small towels for face/hair. No towel to dry hands in the bathroom. It was fine for one night.
