The location and customer service . The property needs a bit of renovation plus carpet in the walk way looks dirty .

Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff I stayed during an intense heatwave in London and my room was very comfortable once I was moved to a room with functioning air conditioning. The young lady in reception was incredibly helpful in assisting me find a better room. My first room on the top floor had air conditioning that was working but was completely ineffective. This was a big problem during a very hot week.

The good thing is location is very to station and high street hotel rooms are new Rooms are tiny, very slow lifts, water filters didnt work 80% of the time on either flooor

Great hotel near the Earl’s Court Underground Station. The rooms are spacious enough, very clean and not stuffy. They have both heating and air conditioning, which made our hot weekend in London very pleasant. Breakfast is also great and as we needed to leave very early they kindly made us a little bag to go with a sandwich, some fruit and juice! We will come back!

Great location, so close to the Earls Court Underground Station but off that busy street by just a couple of minutes walk. Breakfast each morning was well worth including, nice variety and hot eggs/omelettes if you ask. Nice selection of restaurants nearby and Sainsbury Local (grocery/supplies) not far away to stock up to the long day trips. Overall a great experience and would stay at The Cura again without hesitation.

Great location. Very close to the tube station Earl’s court. Carefully designed room was very comfortable. Staff are all very polite and friendly.

great decor and art, comfy bed and close to transportation to anywhere I wanted to go!

You could tell that the hotel was recently refurbished. Everything was looking so good and new. The breakfast was really good and tasty, however it would have been great if there was some variety from day to day.

Location is very convenient. Nice designed rooms. Good breakfast. Staff is young and polite with smiling faces. Murat was especially helpful for the luggages after the check out. Our room was located at the old building. Had a huge wood framed window that doesn’t fully close! When the room is tiny and the bed is next to a window that has a breeze when it is 0 degrees outside that is a problem. We warned the staff every morning. Neither they find a temporary solution to fully close it nor they offered to change our room. During our 3 nights my head was freezing every night. I finally used some clippers to tighten the curtains to lessen the air blowing. In summary the receiption is just a polite listener not a problem solver.

It was a beautiful and relaxing stay. Modern but also in keeping with local character. The low lighting, Christmas decorations, pictures in hallways and rooms were beautiful and gave the place a very relaxing feel. I would stay again. Nothing

The location was excellent - close to everything. Beds were also very comfy and a la carte breakfast was also very nice The WIFI was not working properly and signing up to Marriott did not improve it either. The kids room was not clean - had Mcdonalds wrappings etc in it when they entered. The staff were quick to give them another room.
-
Location and staff There is no drinking water in the room. If you want to drink you should go to the second or fourth floor to drink from the filter!! Under the bed is a disaster! A-lot of dirts !! And bottle full of cigarettes!!

I like the Earls Court neighborhood and the proximity of the Tube station. I often choose this area when I come to London. The hotel was under renovation, so the place was a messy construction zone. It was dusty, the breakfast room was closed for the entire week I was there, the elevator was often out of service, and the lobby was closed, requiring guests to enter and exit through a side door in the basement. The hotel should have informed me ahead of time Re: the renovation situation. The staff were all pleasant and apologetic about everything, but there was little they could do to remedy a miserable stay. I have stayed here previously and enjoyed the hotel, but after this experience, will probably not return.

The entire place was under construction, the elevator was broken, there’s no restaurant, and the gym was being renovated. There was debris everywhere. The room itself was comfortable and clean but that didn’t compensate for the rest of the hotel.
