Nice and clean and easy to use hotel. Do NOT use this hotel when the outdoor temperature is too high, or make sure that they have fixed the air conditioning. We did not sleep well, nor could we stay comfortly in the room daytime. We got a discount, though.

The hotel itself is cozy and comfortable, with an amazing location and the tube station just a short walk away. I would also like to say a big thank you to the lovely girl at the reception desk. Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she made my stay even more comfortable. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Her warm attitude really made a difference and made me feel very welcome. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Comfortable bed, plenty of towels, and a fridge in the room is a bonus. Air con wasn’t working. My friends room was not available on time, so we had to wait for cleaning.

From the time I checked in to departure, I could not fault anything. Was able to store my luggage for free, elevator access to my room which was appreciated, not having to carry my heavy suitcase up and down stairs. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Advised no AC however fans provided in the room which was great. Spacious room, wonderful shower pressure. Super comfortable bed. When I checked out I was able to store my bag, explore city. Upon return was offered water, complimentary fruit and friendly farewell. Wish I stayed longer. This deserves a 5 star rating 10/10 would stay again when in London.

Great location, 5 minute walk to Earls court tube station, lots of coffee shops and eating places on the high street. The staff were fantastic, the rooms were amazing and clean, the beds were very comfortable. Can’t rate this hotel enough, great value for money 5 ⭐️ I honestly can’t think of anything that I didn’t like about this hotel
