Great value and location! Nice, very clean room. Friendly staff and easy check in. Nothing. It was great. No notes!

The staff was absolutely amazing everyone was so kind and nice. It was nice the this hotel had a lift because most do not. It is located in a very nice part of London, only 20ish minutes away from most of the sites. The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom wasn’t clean at all. There was hair all over from the previous guest, and the shower was filthy.

Tiny room but what you expect for the price but we didn't mind cuz we were only sleeping there and the bed was comfy. So overall experience was great. Probably coming back. There was smell from the bathroom but since we are in the city I don't think they can do much about it.

the staff were so lovely the place was very clean . The rooms are pretty small and I think if you know that in advance everything else makes up for that . I think for the price it gave very good value for money in London in the summer . so nothing that can actually be changed . The room is small but if you know this then it's fine . Enjoy your stay . I felt very safe .

Excellent location in a nice part of London, the room was relatively small, but not a problem. Beds was comfortable, kettle, fan and heater are available to use in the rool. Fresh towels and toiletries every day. Very friendly staff, and we got an early check-in as our room was already done! The room was clean overall, the shower was a bit small, but again, not a massive problem. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were so lovely and friendly, we had a few nice chats and they were very accommodating. There is a lift in the hotel as well. Everything is as pictured in the rooms, it was great value for money and in a great location. Only a few minutes walk to Earls Court Tube Station which takes you on the district and piccadilly lines, and about 15 minutes walk from Hyde Park and the Museums. The room was a reasonable size, everything was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had been recently renovated and was very nice, despite being a little small. No issues, it was the height of summer so the room was a little hot without aircon but the fan was very powerful.

Clean and good location We’d stayed here previously, had a nice room so booked again. This time the room was extremely poor. Couldn’t swing a proverbial cat. Not much bigger than a cupboard!

It was my husbands birthday and they left balloons a card and 2 chocs when they cleaned! Was very hot and no air con but they apologised

The room was lovely and clean. The bathroom had seemingly been recently renovated and was modern. The location was excellent. The price was very reasonable too.

The staff were brilliant, very friendly, and helpful. The location was very good, just a short walk from Earl's Court tube station. Was able to leave our luggage so we could go to the museum. The room was very small . And a bit tired.
