Great location and a very nice, clean room. While we don’t have a view of the bridge from Our room , we did have a nice view of the Marina. We walked back there to go to the Dickens Inn for drinks the evening after we arrived, which was fun. There are many different restaurants to choose from. Also appreciated the nice little convenience store in the lobby. Drinks and snack were easy to pick up there and enjoy in our room in the evening. The breakfast required reservations and was a bit overpriced. Instead, we walked over to the marina area and enjoyed a delicious breakfast by the water for half the price.

We liked everything about this hotel. It is in a great location and very relaxing and tranquil. Staff are all lovely and helpful, friendly. The rooms are spotless and clean and comfortable. The food has been well freshly cooked and plenty to choose from at breakfast. Will definitely be staying here again. Nothing we didn't like.

The staff were extremely friendly, our room was very clean & modern, we had a lovely meal in the Vu restaurant and the staff were helpful & sympathetic to my food allergies, we received exceptional service with our cocktails. Brilliant location Not a dislike but would prefer the bar & room service to be open later than 11pm and for breakfast to be served later than 10am during the week

Breakfast was delicious with a vast choice. The room was ready earlier than expected to check in and was lovely, clean and great view. V U Restaurant was beautiful with amazing views, Parking easy and underneath the hotel. Couldn’t fault anything.

What you can you say, location, location, location. It's not our first time here and definitely not our last. This is our goto hotel when in London. Personally I don't think there is a finer location. The staff are incredible, from the cleaning staff, waiting staff, concierge, reception staff all the way to the managers, they know their jobs, they are proficient and efficient and all with a smile. You have amazing views of the Tower bridge and other famous London landmarks. You have amazing eating choices, not only in the hotel itself, but literally just around the corner in St Katherine's Docks (SKD). There are amazing walks along the Thames. I could go on, but it's best to see for yourself. Absolutely nothing.

Amazing view and location, rooms were clean and comfortable Finding the rooms can be quite confusing. Some of the rooms could do with being updated, but that is currently in progress from the signage around the hotel.
