The location is great and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating One thing that surprised us the most was when we asked to have twin beds instead of one double bed we were told it’s an extra £100 charge. We also booked a message at the spa. A 60 massage for £150 which was as overpriced the massage wasn’t good.

The property was very modern, the spa had amazing facilities and was not so busy, the staff were super welcoming and we also got upgraded free of charge due to birthday. I booked the hotel parking but due to the size of my car, It wouldn’t fit in the lift- the staff were very helpful and allowed me to park in another secure location.

It was modern and in a great location. The staff were friendly and the facilities were great. It was child friendly and my daughter loved the scooter. She also thoroughly enjoyed the scavenger hunt and it was lovely to get a picture of the both of us and a teddy. The only thing I thought they could have done, was put a biscuit or something nice in the hotel room. Everything else was perfect

Great hotel for London overnight stay. Room and facilities (big bed and large bathroom) were very good. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Location is great for city sights and Tube access. Pool & gym were good facilities to work out and relax. Breakfast buffet was average, scrambled eggs was watery and cold, fresh fruit was not limited and range could be expanded. Breakfast area was cramped when busy.

Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Everyone from front desk to housekeeping to the chef were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing. It was excellent!

Lovely hotel in the heart of London We only stayed 1 night so it wouldn't be fair to be overly critical. It's large hotel so was hard to get out bearings then it was time to leave The staff were excellent and consistent across the different teams, concierge, restaurants, room service ... The sauna wasn't hot and no one to come and check

Large room for family. Staff are friendly. Window size . No enough options for tea Room service food was not delightful. Soundproofing was horrible. Breakfast buffet choice was basic.
