Booking.com description was incorrect. They have stopped doing breakfasts but the price and reviews of breakfasts was one of the deciding factors in booking. The other was free parking. We did manage to park ok but this was not guaranteed or free.

Free parking and somewhat manageable distances to other parts of London. Frendly staff. I mean it’s an old 2 star property so don’t expect too much. The extra blind would have been nice though.

The location worked well. The accommodations were fine for us. It is a building that was built in the 1600s so expect some low overhangs and some steep stairs, etc. but overall the people were great hosts, helpful, and the locals who stop by the pub are just good folks. It was a great experience. Also close enough to the train to run into London with little hassle. Nothing. It was what I expected and the friendliness of the folks exceeded my high expectations.

Friendly, very clean, comfortable. Excellent breakfast, good service. Lack of wash stand in the room, though shared bathroom spotlessly clean.

The hotel was totally below the price. Poor towel and I had to practically begged for everything. No toiletries no heating Absolutely nothing

Lovely old pub. Room and en-suite were both immaculate and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

The property and rooms were clean and comfortable Loud music and talking until 12.40am. Pub closes at 10 according to the website so I can only assume it was a “lock-in”.
