Bed reasonably comfortable Aircon was a noisy portable unit badly fitted so it pumped hot air back into the room. Warm drinking water. Radio out of battery. Just really average/basic/nonexistent facilities. If it had been cheap I'd have been satisfied but if you're trying to be an upmarket boutique hotel it's just not good enough.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good blackout blinds and climate control in room. Beautifully adorned and perfect location. Nice touch with water / sparkling water and tea / coffee in room and free drink at the bar. Ever so slightly too expensive for the facilities on offer.

no air con! 30degree heat. Horrible little fans that replaced. The hotel didn't notify us before arrival or on arrival. What was supposed to be a relaxing evening in our room was like 12hrs in a sauna. The windows only opened 10cm as well. An awful night and very disappointed. Food was way overpriced. £50 for a 1 drink, a sandwich and chips.
