The breakfast is very good. Staff are very nice We booked this hotel because the photo shows amazing views of the city. But we got the room in the buildings in the back and it doesn’t offer any views. And we also asked for two twin beds but the room wasn’t prepared when we get in and had to ask and wait for the bed to be split. The bathroom overhead shower is a bit hard to make it work.

Property was Good and Staff Service were good My checking process was complete horrible. Assigned me different room which i had not seen in Booking.com site. When asking manager said you room is upgraded and but what i booked as per picture it was worse and pretty small while argument managers says picture placed on Booking site is just for marketing purposes and you will not be having exact same room. Which i feel cheated, Later the allotted me not same room but upgraded room. Hope I should not face same problem on my next booking for 30th.

The receptionist ( manager) he was absolutely amazing, the most helpful person. Your lift is terrifying, the noise is scary . The cleaning of the outdoor balcony, even though you can’t use them they need to be cleaned.

the team are so friendly and we were going to celebrate our 5 yr wedding anniversary and they looked after us so much even though it was just for one night they upgraded our room complimentary and also supported us in looking after our bags before check in time due to us going to a show. would highly recommend going and also will definitely be coming back. n/a
